Your support

The program offers a one-time R$ 20 Pix contribution, processed by Mercado Pago, to support Valian Tale's development. Registration remains free. The operator is Shadow's Art Studio; contact: support@valiantale.com.

The badge

After Mercado Pago confirms payment, your account receives the digital Founder Supporter badge, shown in My account. The badge belongs to the account that started the order. It grants neither administrative powers nor access to the game.

Frame in development

The Founder decorative frame is still in development, with no date or delivery promised through this contribution. The concept is decoration for a residence or clan hall, with no direct sales or trading; market auctions are the sole planned exception. This program grants no coins or other items.

Payment and support

Confirmation may take some time. A browser return or payment receipt does not replace confirmation from Mercado Pago. For errors, duplicate payments, cancellation or refund requests, contact support@valiantale.com with the order ID. Never send your password.

Refunds and disputes

A full or partial refund, or a dispute, suspends the badge associated with that payment. If the account has another valid confirmed contribution, the badge remains active. These conditions do not waive the supporter's applicable rights.

Support data

To create and track your Pix payment, we use your account ID, email, order ID, amount, acceptance of these conditions and payment status. Data necessary for the charge is shared with Mercado Pago. We do not ask for your bank password. See the privacy notice and the site terms.
